Josh, Peyton, and I headed to the zoo last weekend on a mission... to feed the giraffes! We had so much fun walking around the zoo early in the morning- the lions & tiger were very active and vocal which was super cool. Peyton loved seeing all of the animals and cried when we left the giraffe area saying "gaf!!!!!". She quickly got over it once we gave her a churro and she saw the zebras ("braa!"). She also enjoyed climbing on the fence and feeding the ducks (pretty sure that is a zoo no-no).

A Day at the Farm
A few weeks ago my sister and I bought Groupons for The Farm at South Mountain. Last weekend we packed up the babies, picked up Mom & Dad and headed out for lunch. Peyton and Brady loved running around, collecting pecans, and watching all the people. Peyton did a great job eating (surprisingly enough!), but Brady was not feeling hungry. They also enjoyed smelling the flowers and posing for the camera.
Peyton's Baptism 1-1-11
To celebrate the beginning of 2011, Peyton was baptized! She was so lucky to have her family surrounding her, amazing godparents, her Papa Jon do the baptism, and she wore Grammie Sue's baptismal gown. Grammie Sue wore it when she was 6 weeks old, so Peyton just wore it as a shirt, but it was still super cute! :)
Christmas 2010
Peyton was spoiled rotten this year at Christmas. I can't even begin to decide what her favorite present was. I took some time before Christmas to make her a very special gift... a blanket! I am so happy that she has something that her mommy made just for her! I hope she is able to use it for many years and continues to cherish it.
