Abby & Ella's Birthday!

Abby and Ella are most certainly Peyton's BFF's (right after Brady, of course)... and they had their 3rd birthday party on Saturday.  These three sweet girls are just five days apart and have been together in daycare since about 10 weeks old.  I love that they have grown together!  Each afternoon we ask Peyton "What did you do at school today?" and everyday she replies "um, played with Abby Ella".  For a while I think she thought they were one person... referring to them as "AbbyElla", whereas now she refers to them separately... with just a teeny bit of space "Abby    Ella".  She loves them for sure!
Their Mama went above and beyond for their 3rd birthday (she did for the 2nd birthday as well)... having a "PJ's & Pancakes" party.  She got all the details just right... I'm pretty sure the woman doesn't sleep.
Instead of a cake, the girls had a donut tower for dessert... the perfect touch to this fun party!  To say that Peyton enjoyed her donut is a complete understatement... she destroyed her donut... quickly!

Family!

A new teeter-totter!  Fun!

Eggs over-easy on a blue plate? Yes please! Even better with space for some cute faces!

Peyton got the girls scooters... fun!  And some princess band-aids... just in case!

Love this sweet face!
And check out those curls! (Courtesy of the curling iron, of course)

Teacher Appreciation week can get mighty expensive, especially if your child has more than one teacher... Peyton had 3 full time teachers this year and happened to have a student teacher during the spring semester as well, so we made sure to have four of every gift.  (Thursday's cookies were a joint gift since we only bought one box) To help avoid spending lots of money during the week I try to stock up on things that are on sale throughout the year.  The water bottles were on clearance at Target one day, so I picked up 5 or 6 (not knowing how many teachers she would have).  Hopefully this summer I can find a few bargains for next year's teachers!
